Congress Registration fee includes
– Access to the conference and round table sessions
– Attendance to the Welcome Dinner on 25 October 2022
– Daily Coffee Breaks and Lunches
– Congress Kit (Conference book, USB, program, notebook and pen)
Accompanying person fee includes
Attendance at the Welcome Dinner and the programme of activities organised for accompanying persons.
Online Registration Form and Payment
Registration must be done by filling the Online Registration form.
When registering, please note:
-If you have received a registration Coupon for an accepted paper or for being a speaker at the conference, you must register in the “Coupons only” section.
– If you have not received a registration Coupon but you are a member of PIARC, ATC or ITA COSUF you must register under “PIARC, ATC or ITA COSUF Members”. You will be asked for your organisation’s ID number during registration.
– If you are neither of the above, you must register under “General Registration”.
Please, introduce the Name, Surname, Company/Institution, City, Country as you want it to appear on the name Badge.
Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of the requested registrations at the email address you have indicated in the billing section of the registration form. If you do not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretariat tunnels-spain2022@atc-piarc.com
Access to the event will only be granted to those who have paid in advance. On-site registration will not be possible.
All payments have to be made in Euros. The following payment methods will be available:
- Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
- Bank Transfer: Once you have chosen this payment method, our bank account details will be displayed to make the corresponding payment. You will also receive them in the email acknowledging receipt of your registration request.
Proof of the bank transfer should be sent by email to congresos@atc-piarc.com
